The English 11 Honors class is currently reading Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights. In an effort to make a lofty text more manageable, the students are teaching their peers the novel. Working in pairs, the students were assigned three chapters and tasked to assume the role of “professor” and teach the chapters to their classmates in a thoughtful and meaningful way. The 11 Honors students have embraced the assignment, employing thoughtful and creative means of critically analyzing one of the more important novels in the British literary canon.
